''New generation of bareboat Fountaine Pajot's catamarans feature the innovative "semi-flybridge", optionally available with a useful, fully enclosed bimini top.  Thanks to this effort, the flybridge is lower and more streamlined structure, so that the vessel's performance and aesthetics are not affected as they are on other similar catamarans. All Fountain Pajot Cats are constructed using the latest infusion technology and you can confidently cross oceans with supreme safety and comfort. High bridge decks, top quality fittings and drag reducing hulls similar to those on Catana's make every FP cat a true sea boat.''

About ORANA 44
The highly anticipated new Orana 44 replaces one of Fountaine Pajot’s greatest successes, the Belize 43. Designed by renowned Joubert/Nivelt team, the Orana 44 is ideal for performance ocean sailing or modified for charter operators. Boasting a high degree of comfort, the Orana 44 has a low centre of gravity to afford maximum safety and with a generous 110 square feet of sail area.

New manufacturing technologies employed in the vessel include a single piece hull infused with composite partitions and a deckhouse constructed with RTM eco-technology.

An innovative sliding bay provides direct open-plan access between the spacious saloon and cockpit, enhancing safety and easy of movement.

The ergonomic helm station accommodates three people and groups all navigational manoeuvres together affording excellent visibility above the deckhouse.

A sunbathing deck aft of the catamaran features two mattresses with deck-chair style adjustments for optimal comfort. The luminous interior comprises a light and airy kitchen that opens onto the cockpit, a beautiful saloon table that seats eight people with panoramic views, as well as a card table that faces the sea.

Each of the four cabins aboard the Orana 44 enjoys its own private bathroom with separate shower. The Owner’s suite in the Maestro version is fitted with an Island bed, while the two supplementary cabins have semi-island style beds.

Advantages:
The innovative shape and layout are already internationally renowned.

The salon and cockpit adjoin with a sliding window in between. This ensures remarkable ventilation and allows easy access to the galley when eating below or on deck.

The cockpit is open and accessed centrally. There is a rest area near to the helm, along with an eight·seat dining table.

The steering station is equipped with a windshield to protect the helmsman.

The catamaran sails better then its larger sister ship Salina 48 yet offers acceptable luxury and space given the affordability in direct comparison.

MORE ON ORANA 44:
The Orana 44 has many great features and advantages over its direct competitors from Lagoon, Privilege, Broadblue, Leopard or Nautitech. Here are some of the most important ones:

Free on·deck movement, like its sisters.

A very low centre of gravity for maximum security, with open access between the cockpit and salon.
A large sliding window for direct communication between the salon and cockpit.
A three·seat steering station combining all navigation controls, with excellent visibility over the roof.
A sheltered sundeck behind the steering station, which includes two portable sun loungers with adjustable backs.
Most importantly, great performances with 110m² of sail, which in normal weather would allow extensive sailing under the wind, limiting use of motors.

There are two versions of the ORANA 44, including the original:
4·cabin: in the passageways are four bright, attractive cabins, each with attached lavatory and separate shower room.

Maestro: on the portside are two double cabins and two lavatories. On the starboard side is a beautiful master stateroom with office space, spacious washroom and exceptional laundry room.
