Targa 52GT
is one of the largest bareboat charter yachts on the market.
As one of the European-designed power yachts -- this large express
cruiser has a decidedly different style from any other yachts on the
market. The boat is generally speaking, sleeker, more “styled,”
with James Bond-ian helm stations, with Euro-trendy interior and
Riviera-nymphette unique sundecks. Built in the sun-starved England the
boat also comes with a sturdy and protective design more suited for the
days without sunshine giving you a perfect home to enjoy at any weather.

An
inviting swim platform and sun-drenched cockpit make the Targa 52 a
perfect boat for splashing around in the sea before catching rays. The
flag says France, but this boat’s from Old Blighty.
Americans like their yachts crammed with berths, but Med-style express
yachts are usually more for day-boating than cruising; the cabins are
more for changing out of wet swimsuits and for naps than for sleeping a
bunch of folks. Traditionally, Italian, French and Spanish yachtsmen go
home at night, or moor near a comfortable hotel and sleep ashore. With
such owners, only the crew stayed aboard.
But the last decade things have been changing in the Med. The Fairline
Targa 52 GT is a good example of that evolution. Like most top-line Med
boats today, it has sumptuous accommodations below, with a big cockpit
for relaxing and entertaining on deck. The helm is covered with a
sliding sunroof, so even the helmsman can work on his tan.
