Hanse 400 is one of the
most popular charter yachts on the market and as a result it turns the
sailing world on its head. The owner’s cabin is cleverly placed in the
bow. In the Mediterranean this has long been the favourite concept
making for a quieter time when moored up and giving better headroom
and more ventilation. But we went even further: We can transform the
classic triangular berth forecabin into a diagonal sleeping area with
a very special perspective - sitting up in bed and watching a flat
screen entertainment centre which easily disappears into a locker when
not in use.
