Ocean Yachts tradition long and rich tradition of building sea going vessels as well as wealth of talented professionals combine their skill in order to produce the Ocean Star range of sailing yachts with great and a high quality craftsmanship.

The Ocean Yachts boatyard is located in Kalivia, 50 km from the centre of Athens. The boatyard is built to allow the combination of traditional craftsmanship and semi custom production and has the capacity to manufacture up to 15 yachts a year with a total of around 40 employees at any one time.

In terms of charter market, these boats are not well presented outside Greece.   In Greece however they are the boats that offer greatest value for money and lovely sailing performance with greatest comfort possible.  In general, Ocean Star yachts are well known for their strength and sailing capabilities. Safety on board as you would expect, is a fundamental consideration, which is illustrated by the traditional methods of hull lamination, where the bulkheads are structurally reinforced and the GRP girder grid system is bonded underneath the entire surface and hull’s full perimeter to ensure extra strength and solidity. All of the hulls are laminated by hand and moulded internally, while special attention is given to detail during production.
