LAGOON 380 S2 - Felicity

Belize
About Lagoon 380 S2 sailing catamaran 'Felicity' offered for bareboat yacht charters in Belize:
LAGOON 380 S2 bareboat yacht charter sailing catamaran is a replacement for the outgoing Lagoon 380. As its predecessor, it offers everything from comfortable, ergonomically designed interior accommodations, to dedicated spaces for mechanical equipment with noise insulation, and provision for easy maintenance. Arguably, t he most successful catamaran on the market, it is certainly the most popular in the compact range of all bareboat sailing catamarans available for charter worldwide.

This particular sailboat is based in San Pedro, Belize and is offered for both bareboat and skippered yacht charters.  A typical one week sailing itinerary would allow you to e
xplore the Western Hemisphere's longest barrier reef. Setting off from San Pedro you will come across many unspoiled bays and overnigh anchorages, best known as ''keys'' as they Cays of which there are 175 are pronounced. Set sail from San Pedro and head to laid back village of Caye Caulker for your first swim and overnight stay.  On the next day head to St George's Caye island, the scene of centuries old battle of British and Spanish Armada.  In the next few days explore Spanish Lookout Caye, the picture perfect tiny Island at Goff's Caye, Middle Long Caye, Bluefield Range with its lagoon-style anchorage, Colson Cayes, Columbus and Cross Caye islands for best sunrises, as well as Tobacco Caye for a relaxed evening meal in one of the most remote locations, South Water Caye for diving adventures and Lagoon Caye where you can snorkel around the entire island in one go.  And if this is not a spectacular enough experience, hire a local skipper and get long distance sail to Guatemala, the land of Rio Dulce and spectacular 800ft cliffs.  Sailing out of port of Livingston, you will explore the Punta Gorda, Big Creek, Rio Dulce, Fronteras and ''Golfette'' as well as the main attraction of Lake Izabel, the farm on the north shore that offers a restaurant and a hike to another ho-spring waterfall, falling into a cool river of crystal-clear water.  To round off such an amazing getaway,  your yacht charter holiday should end with visits to incredible atolls of Lighthouse, Turneffe and Glovers all of which are jewels of the Caribbean, in particular for divers who head there en mass to explore some of the most famous dives at the Blue Hole and the Aquarium!
